Hypnotherapy is very relaxing, natural method of dealing with many of the difficulties we all face throughout our lives and I offer a free initial consultation to give us the opportunity to discuss the hypnotherapy process and therapeutic techniques in order to ensure this is the right option for you. All consultations are treated in the strictest confidence.

The well-being and safety of anyone who consults me is of paramount importance and for this reason if you have an existing medical condition, written consent from your doctor will be required before undertaking any therapeutic treatment program. You will still be required to continue to take any prescribed medication/s. Hypnotherapy is not an alternative therapy; it is a complementary therapy.

As a fully qualified hypnotherapist and psychotherapist I maintain very high, professional ethical standards at all times, as specified in the strict codes of conduct laid down by my membership of 'The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy' and the 'National Register of Psychotherapists and Counsellors.'
