Dyslexia Help in Basildon, Essex
Hypnotherapy & Educational Kinesiology to help the Dyslexic Adult.
Dyslexia is an inherited condition thought to affect an estimated 10% of the population.
Because it is a syndrome no two people are affected in the same way, the main difficulties
centre around poor short-term memory, problems with information processing and visual coordination.
Dyslexia causes difficulties in personal organization, timekeeping, math, reading, writing and spelling
which will affect self-confidence, triggering anxiety, frustration and poor self-esteem.
Educational Kinesiology is an easy system of exercises that can help people diagnosed with Dyslexia
improve their spelling, writing, math, hand-eye coordination, reading comprehension, and creative writing.
Hypnotherapy is a
relaxing, easy and proven methodology that may help to lessen
feelings of stress that people with dyslexia struggle with every day. Hypnotherapy could also help
reduce concentration difficulties by boosting
self-confidence, reducing anxiety and improving self-esteem.
